Many busy people skip breakfast , is a bad habit nowadays due to their packed morning routine. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Here are some reasons why breakfast is important, and some simple ways to have early breakfast.

On an empty stomach, drink a glass of plain water, this will increase your body’s metabolism and hydrate your body. It also help to purify your colon and having nutrients to be absorbed more easily. Drinking water first thing is the morning helps your kidney’s function to be more effective in flushing toxins.

Having Breakfast gives you the energy boost you needed to tackle your daily task. This will make you more productive in your work. It fills your dietary requirement for daily calories intake, for men approx. 2500 kcals per day and for women is 2000 kcals per day
Lower the Heart Disease Risk :
According to a study from the Journal Circulation, they did a survey for men ages between 45 till 82 and did a follow up for 16 years of follow up. Plan for Breakfast
It is better to plan your breakfast the night before your day. Maybe you wake up a bit early to prepare breakfast or find the time to buy your breakfast. Or you can prepare your breakfast the day before.
